Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions outline the policies and guidelines that apply to all individual reservations at Hotel B3 Sibelius. By confirming a reservation, guests agree to the following:
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m., and check-out is at 12:00 p.m. Additional guests may incur an extra charge per night based on the room type and applicable rate at the time of booking.
Early Check-In
Early check-in is subject to availability and may involve additional charges. Arrivals before 6:00 a.m. will be charged 100% of the previous night’s rate. Arrivals between 6:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. may be charged 50% of the current day’s rate, depending on availability.
Late Check-Out
Late check-out must be authorized by the front desk and is subject to availability. Departures before 3:00 p.m. may incur a charge of 50% of the daily rate. Departures after 3:00 p.m. will be charged an additional full night plus taxes.
Early Departure
Guests planning an early departure must notify the hotel at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a charge equivalent to the unused night(s), based on the reserved rate. This policy does not apply to non-refundable bookings.
Reservation Guarantee
All reservations must be secured with a valid credit card or advance payment. Flexible rates may require a pre-authorization for the first night plus taxes. Non-refundable or advance purchase rates require full payment at the time of confirmation.
Cancellation & Modification
Flexible reservations may be canceled without penalty until 3:00 p.m. on the day prior to arrival. Modifications are subject to availability and any applicable rate differences. In the event of a no-show, the first night plus taxes will be charged.
Non-refundable and advance purchase reservations do not allow cancellations or modifications and are non-refundable except as required by law.
No-Show Policy
In case of a no-show, 100% of the reservation will be charged.
Minor Accommodation Policy
In compliance with Colombian regulations, minors must present valid identification at check-in. If traveling without parents, a notarized authorization letter and copies of the parents’ identification documents are required. Without proper documentation, check-in will not be permitted. Guests are responsible for supervising minors at all times during their stay.
Payments & Currency
All rates are expressed in Colombian Pesos (COP). The hotel is not responsible for exchange rate variations applied by financial institutions.
Taxes (VAT)
Rates do not include 19% VAT unless explicitly stated. For reservations made through third parties, VAT may be charged at the hotel in accordance with applicable regulations if not previously included.
Hotel Insurance (Optional)
Optional hotel insurance may be charged per person per night. Coverage applies to accidental events within the hotel premises and is subject to the provider’s terms and conditions.
Payment Reversal Policy
This policy applies to payments made with debit cards, credit cards, or other electronic payment methods issued in Colombia, in cases of fraud, unauthorized transactions, or services not received, in accordance with current regulations.
Pet Policy
Small pets are allowed under specific conditions. Guests must present a valid vaccination record and complete the pet registration form. The guest is responsible for any damage caused by their pet. Pets are not allowed in restaurants or enclosed common areas.
Anti-Corruption Commitment
Hotel B3 Sibelius maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward corruption and bribery in both public and private sectors. Any conduct that violates applicable regulations may result in immediate termination of the contractual relationship without compensation.
AML / CFT / FPADM Policy
Guests declare that their funds do not originate from illegal activities and that they are not listed on national or international restrictive lists. The hotel may unilaterally terminate services if any connection to money laundering, terrorism financing, or the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction is identified.
Sustainability Policy
The hotel is committed to sustainable development, environmental protection, socio-cultural respect, and the prevention of commercial sexual exploitation of minors.
Smoke-Free Policy
In accordance with Colombian law, all facilities are 100% smoke-free. Non-compliance may result in a penalty equivalent to 10% of the current legal monthly minimum wage, in addition to any specialized cleaning costs.
Personal Data Processing
In compliance with applicable data protection laws, guests authorize the processing of their personal data for service provision, billing, communications, and legal compliance.

Right of Withdrawal
For reservations made through official channels or direct bookings, guests may exercise the right of withdrawal within five (5) business days following confirmation, provided the check-in date is not within five days of purchase.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within thirty (30) calendar days.
